More disambiguous—than being me
Being a male—homosexual gay poet
Here in America—in the Land of the Free
The only problem—being a gay poet
Especially being—the Poet Laureate like me
I’m imprisoned—by L=A=N=G=U=A=G=E
The First Amendment—just isn’t me
“Don’t ask / Don’t tell”—Call the Cops!!!
